Solana Takes 76% of Tokenized Equities: Crypto Market Update, 14 June 2026
By Richter · Market Update · 2026-06-14
Solana now holds 76% of the tokenized equity market, which grew 47x in 12 months to $1.2 billion. SpaceX named Solana in its S-1 filing for equity distribution, a major endorsement for the chain as an institutional settlement layer. This shift matters because capital is moving from speculative wrappers to real-world assets that generate revenue.
Solana Captures the RWA Crown
The data from June 13 is clear: Solana's tokenized equity vertical is now $1.2B, and it commands three-quarters of the market. SpaceX's S-1 filing specifically citing Solana for equity distribution is a milestone. It signals that institutional players are treating Solana as a serious settlement layer, not just a retail trading chain.
This is part of a broader rotation. Capital is leaving points-based, speculative protocols and moving into real-yield and revenue-generating assets. The LRT sector, tokens like ETHFI and EIGEN, has seen revenue drop to near zero as AVS fee demand remains theoretical. Meanwhile, sUSDe and other real-yield products are attracting inflows.
Macro: Sticky Inflation, Cooling Jobs
Thursday's data showed Initial Jobless Claims at 229K, slightly above the 225K forecast, indicating a mild cooling in the labor market. But the Producer Price Index (PPI) for May came in at 1.1% month-over-month, well above the 0.7% forecast. That's a significant beat and points to persistent inflation at the producer level.
On balance, the inflation data outweighs the marginal labor market softening. The net read is hawkish for Fed policy, markets will price a 'higher for longer' rate environment. For crypto, that typically means a de-risking move lower across BTC and altcoins in the short term.
Price Action: Majors Quiet, Scanners Active
The major coins were largely flat over the three-day window. BTC nudged up 1.46% to $64,525. SOL gained 1.78% to $68.07. ETH barely moved at $1,673 (+0.02%). BNB, XRP, and DOGE all posted small gains around 1%. Not much directional conviction among the heavyweights.
The scanner tells a different story. Our most-flagged symbols for new longs include TRUMP (8 flags), ICP (7), and XPL (7). On the bearish side, ESPORTS drew 8 flags for new shorts, and NOT had 6 flags for new shorts. Two symbols carry squeeze risk: SIREN (long squeeze) and MEGA (short squeeze). TAO also appeared with 6 bullish flags, worth watching given the supply compression news below.
Supply Crunch and Revenue Crisis
Several intel items from June 12-13 point to structural shifts that traders should track.
• Bittensor (TAO): Subnet registration costs rose 6.5x while emissions halved, creating a supply-demand imbalance. PwC is distributing subnets globally, and Nvidia holds a significant locked position. This is a supply-side crunch in the making.
• NOCK: The Aletheia upgrade cut block times by 75% and introduced AI compute markets that reward verifiable inference work. An 80% emissions cut and merge mining with Pearl point to a supply squeeze.
• LRT Revenue Collapse: Ether.fi and the broader LRT sector have seen revenue drop to near zero. Capital is rotating out of points-based protocols into real-yield products like sUSDe. This is a structural headwind for ETHFI and EIGEN.
• Babylon BTC Staking: Babylon has secured over $5B in staked BTC. The upcoming BABY token is positioned as the fee-accrual mechanism for vault operations. The ratio of secured assets to valuation is high compared to ETH liquid staking.
• Alt L1 Capitulation: Eight major Alt L1s, including AVAX, ADA, and DOT, hit new all-time lows simultaneously. Capital is exiting the sector entirely rather than rotating within it.
Community Wins: Algo and Member Trades
Our in-house algorithms had a solid window. The Nexus Algo closed a ROAM long at +2.29R. The Momentum Algo hit targets on STABLE (+2.06R), SNDK (+2.06R), and ALLO (+2.0R). Nexus also took an AMAT long for +1.64R. All were long-side plays.
Community members also shared standout results. seitaru caught a BTW short for +273.6% return using 10x leverage over 2 days. j.a.f.a.r rode a SEI long for +163.3% over 6.5 days. pgbz shorted SIREN for +154% in just 7.5 hours. stocktraderdk went long TRUMP for +126.8% with 7x leverage. chajaye grabbed a quick ESPORTS long for +116.6% in under an hour.
These are retrospective results, not signals to act on. They show what disciplined setups can look like when the scanner aligns with market structure.
What to Watch Next
Keep an eye on the supply-constrained AI plays, TAO and NOCK, as the emissions cuts and demand from institutional distribution could drive price discovery. The Alt L1 sector remains in freefall; any bounce is likely a dead cat unless fundamentals change. Macro-wise, the next Fed meeting minutes or CPI print could shift the rate narrative. For now, the market is grinding sideways with pockets of opportunity in specific narratives.
